  • What are your prices?
    The price depends on the interior or event decoration formula that you have chosen and the time spent on your project by the Maison Ditaba team. Prices for decorating equipment hire are shown directly on the website. Example 1: you have chosen the Busanga formula (interior decoration): it is a remote accompaniment. You will be billed for the time spent on the phone, in video, but also for the time spent making specifications, shopping list, mood board or 3D plan by the Maison Ditaba team. Example 2: you have chosen the Olo formula (interior decoration): it is an accompaniment with one or more physical meetings. You will thus be billed for the time spent on the phone, in video, the number of physical meeting made, but also the time spent making specifications, shopping list, mood board or 3D plan ... by the Maison Ditaba.
  • How is the payment process?
    After having collected and analyzed the needs of your interior decoration and/or event project (wedding, birthday, baptism, baby-shower... ) on the phone, by video, with physical travel(s) if necessary, there are then 2 main steps: - the quote: it is sent directly and only from the www.maisonditaba.fr website to the e-mail address you have given us, in order to ensure traceability. When you click on the ‘see quote’ button in the e-mail, you will be taken to a page. On this page you will find 3 buttons, which allow you to print, download in PDF or accept the quote. If you click on the ‘accept’ button, this will act as your signature with the words ‘good and read for agreement’. Maison Ditaba may also ask you to return the signed estimate with the words ‘Good and read for agreement’ or send you a contract to sign. - The invoice: once the quote has been accepted, it is automatically transformed into an invoice and sent to you directly and solely to the same e-mail address to which the quote was sent. This, always from the www.maisonditaba.fr website, to ensure traceability, with the Maison Ditaba bank details included in the e-mail sent. When you click on the ‘view invoice’ button in the e-mail, you will be taken to a page. On this page you will find 3 buttons, which allow you to print, download in PDF or pay the invoice. If you click on the ‘pay invoice’ button, you will land on the secure invoice payment page. Ps: - If the invoice needs to be paid in several instalments, simply use the same email sent with the invoice to make the payments and click on the same button (‘pay invoice’). - Maison Ditaba considers the invoice to be paid in full once all payments have been made. Maison Ditaba can then send you a reminder if the payment deadline is approaching or has already passed. - Once you have accepted the estimate with the amount entered, there is no going back on it. If you no longer wish to be accompanied by Maison Ditaba for your interior decoration or events project, in accordance with the payment terms set out in the quotation and the payments already made, no reimbursement will be made, unless agreed in writing.
  • What are the possible means of payment on the site?
    Maison Ditaba only accepts bank transfers. If you wish to use another means of payment (paypal, check, cash, etc.), this is possible, but only on request and depending on your interior decoration or event project. .
  • Why do the formulas take into account?
    The formulas take into account physical meetings or not as well as the time spent on your interior or event decoration project. Maison Ditaba's interior decoration and events formulas are based on the fact that today's technologies (Internet, telephone, videoconferencing, e-mail, etc.) make it possible to communicate with anyone, anywhere in the world. Our aim is to use these technological resources to give anyone the opportunity to be accompanied, in France and abroad (Interior decoration and events formulas). When it comes to interior design, Maison Ditaba can work with you remotely, with the Busanga formula, or in person, to redesign (Olo formula) or renovate (Dibua formula) your living or work spaces. There's only one formula for event decoration: whatever the type of event, Maison Ditaba can help you decorate your event from A to Z and hire out its decoration equipment.   • How is the accompaniment carried out?
    Support is specific to each interior design or event project. However, there are 3 major main steps, that can be customised for each project: - First contact: telephone or video call to understand the needs of your project and determine what would be useful to you (list of craftsmen, specifications, mood board, shopping list or 3D plan). - Management and follow-up of the decoration project: depending on the interior decoration or events formula chosen, one or more physical meetings are held. In all cases, there are exchanges between you and us, from the beginning to the end of the project. The aim is to offer you spaces that are tailored to your tastes and personality and that have the Ditaba touch. Depending on your needs, a number of graphic and technical elements are produced: a proposed list of craftsmen, specifications, mood boards, shopping lists, 3D plans, work monitoring, etc. - Finalising the project: depending on the interior or event decoration formula chosen, Maison Ditaba will then visit the different areas to be decorated, so that when the time comes, the decoration can be fully installed. If the decorating project is carried out remotely (Busanga formula), we will also accompany you on the day of installation, but remotely, by video.

We can provide you with a list of artisans or work with those you have already chosen, as well as specifications and graphic elements (moodboard, shopping list, 3D plan). Finally, when it comes to decorating for events, the Maison Ditaba decorators have their own decorating equipment, which can be hired for all your events (weddings, birthdays, christenings, baby-showers, gender reveals, bar-mistvahs, etc...).
